Catherine H. I am unable to write a review for an item I never received. The customer service experience I had with Elevate Styles has been the worst by far. I informed their team via email that my package appeared tampered with. It was clear that the items I ordered, totaling $120, had been removed at some point, as the package had been opened and re-taped.
Despite sending pictures as evidence, customer service refused to assist me, repeatedly insisting that they shipped the items I ordered. As a long-time customer who has spent hundreds of dollars without any prior issues, I am extremely disappointed. Now, I’ve lost my hard-earned money because my items were stolen, and the company refuses to resolve the matter—even though I purchased shipping protection for lost, stolen, or damaged orders.
I am now in the process of filing a chargeback with my bank and pursuing a claim against this company.
