How Long Will Shipping Take?

Domestic Shipping:

• In-Stock Items: Orders placed by 4 PM are processed and shipped the same business day, with delivery typically within 2-3 business days.
• Sourcing Required: For most items we need to source from our suppliers, please allow an additional 3 business days for sourcing before our standard shipping begins. Total delivery time within the USA is generally 5-7 business days from order placement.

Pro Tip: Place your order by Sunday night, and we’ll have most items ready to ship by Wednesday, so you can expect delivery by Friday or Saturday in most parts of the USA!

International Shipping:

• First Class: Estimated processing and transit time is 10-15 business days.
• Express: A faster option with processing and transit time of 5-10 business days.

How Do I Return an Item?

Returned items are inspected for condition upon receipt:

• A 20% restocking fee applies, which may increase if the item is not in pristine condition.
• Original shipping costs are non-refundable.
• Items must be returned in brand-new, unworn, uncut, unaltered condition with all original packaging.
• Returns must be made within 14 days of receiving your order.
