How long is your shipping and processing time?
Most orders ship same day and can take 3 to 7 business days to receive. International orders can vary.
My order was marked delivered but I have not received my package - Risk of Loss.
Elevate Styles makes every effort to package and ship orders in a timely fashion. Once the package is passed to the delivery service (USPS, UPS, FedEx, etc.) risk of loss is now the responsibility of the receiver. Arrangements such as signature or other delivery instructions must be submitted at the time the order was placed only. Any claims or investigations are the responsibility of the receiver and must be filed with them.
Do you offer faster shipping?
We offer UPS Next Day and UPS 2nd Day Air Service. Please keep in mind that this does not include Saturday and Sunday.
Do you ship Internationally?
We use First Class International, USPS Priority and USPS Express. As a disclaimer, the first class option requires us to remove the boxes and are shipped with all tags in their plastic sleeves.
What happens if my item is back-ordered?
We will email or text you with an alternative. In some instances when an item is discontinued we may refund you and ship the rest of your order. Refunds can take up to 2-5 business days.
What happens if my tracking number is not updating?
Tracking numbers are sometimes delayed and update at the time of delivery. If your domestic order does not update after 15 business days from last update then we can refund you in full. If an international tracking number does not update we can refund in full after 30 business days from last update.
Do you provide return shipping for returns?
We only provide return shipping labels for incorrect orders. We do not provide return shipping for items that don't appear the same as in a You Tube video or a picture. Additionally, characteristics such as length, color, and feel are considered opinion and follow our normal return procedure.

Elevate Styles will determine if your item(s) is acceptable for a refund at the time it is received in accordance with our policies.
What are the terms?
- Return shipping postage is not provided
- There is a basic 20% restocking fee and in some instances more depending on condition
- ORIGINAL SHIPPING PAID is not REFUNDABLE
- All items must be brand-new, unworn, un-cut, un-altered.
- All original packaging is required and returned in the same manner received
- We do not accept returns after 14 days of receipt
- Eco Shipping purchases are not returnable
Which items are not returnable?
Discounted orders with the use of a promo code, Black Friday Coupon Purchases, Deal of the Day, BOGO, and Clearance Sale are final and are not allowed for return.
How does our affiliate program work?
Elevate's affiliate program is simple and easy! Sign up and provide all of your information for Elevate to review by going to the "My Account" area and clicking the "My Affiliate Account." Once your account is approved you will have a link to share and when anyone makes a purchase using your link for Elevatestyles.com you get a 5% commission.
The 5% commission is based on the paid order total not including tax, discounts, vouchers or shipping.
After reviewing your commission total - Elevate will send out payments during the last week of every month. No minimums.
